Assessment Information - Assessments are 300 dollars per lot owned. They are due by July 1st, 2021. Please pay your dues on time to avoid fees and other penalties. Please contact a board member if you are having difficulties so that arrangements can be made to bring your account to date.

Building Permit Rules - All structure erected on a site MUST be 5 feet from your property line and have an approved construction plan from the L7F Board of Directors as well as a permit from the Ste Genevieve County Assessor's office.
Dumpster Rules - Dumpsters are for residents of the lake only. No outside trash is to be dumped by residents and/or non-residents alike. Dumpsters should not be filled above the top lip, please use another dumpster if one is full. Dumping of the following is forbidden by both lake rules, and applicable Missouri state law:
